Duties
 
  • Performing various alteration works, such as repairing existing infrastructures, plumbing, solving roof leaks, replacement of windows, etc.
  • Appointing of sub-contractors to perform tiling tasks on walls and floors for us when required.
  • Complete planning, and purchasing of materials required on projects
  • Recruiting, training & co-ordination of workers and sub-contractors
  • Implementation of advertising strategies through face-book and website
  • Advertising, contract compiling, liaising with clients and potential clients regarding quotations
  • Management of time schedules
  • Dealing with clients in a professional manner and provide advice and ideas to clients as and when they need it
